Public servants are increasingly using data and technology to build cities. This playbook is intended for people who are already using those tools to make their cities better. The Playbook was designed for the user to interact with sections of the guide that are relevant to their municipality, and explores how to share opportunities with the community, host a hack night, and find funding necessary to start a civic tech community.
