From Consultation to Co-creation in the Open Smart City

This toolkit was written by Carly Livingstone, Julie Fader, and Sanchita Rajvanshi at Evergreen and Nasma Ahmed at the Digital Justice Lab. It is an outcome of the lessons learned by Canadian communities that attended the Prairie Region Idea Camp in Calgary, Alberta, on September 19, 2019. It provides guidance and resources to Canadian communities seeking to move from consultation to co-creation as the foundation for the open smart community.
